1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the company operating the jaeeta platform and every individual who uses this website. By accessing jaeeta.cam, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply to your use of the platform alongside these Terms. If you object to any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

5 Account Verification (KYC)

jaeeta reserves the right to verify a user's identity in the interest of operating a safe and transparent platform. For withdrawal requests or large transactions, we may ask for one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Bank statement or proof of mobile banking transactions.
• Proof of current address.

jaeeta reserves the right to put withdrawal processing on hold until the verification process is complete.

6 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to financial transactions on the jaeeta platform:

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). While deposits are expected to credit to your account instantly, delays may occur due to technical or payment gateway issues.

• Transactions must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits or withdrawals using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• jaeeta reserves the right to hold any withdrawal process pending investigation of suspicious transactions.

7 Bonus and Promotion Terms

jaeeta offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms and compliance is mandatory. General terms for the welcome bonus:

• New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete betting of 20 times the total bonus amount (wagering requirement 20x).
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A single promotion cannot apply to multiple accounts at the same time.

8 VIP Program Terms

jaeeta's VIP program has three tiers, and weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your overall activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is credited to your account at a set time each week and a wagering requirement may also apply to it. jaeeta reserves the right to change any user's VIP status.

9 Permitted Use

The jaeeta platform may be used for personal entertainment and gaming purposes. By using the platform, you confirm that:

• You are playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of anyone else.
• You are financially capable and can afford the money being spent on gaming.
• You will game responsibly and set limits when needed.
• You will comply with our responsible gaming policy.

10 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited, and a violation may result in account suspension or termination:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or using another person's information.
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system (bonus hunting, system exploitation).
• Participating in any form of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund processing.
• Attempting to intrude on the platform's software or systems.

jaeeta reserves the right to close any user's account for any reason or without reason. Upon account closure, legitimately deposited funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user, unless there are allegations of fraud or prohibited activity.

17 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and any disputes relating to the jaeeta platform will be governed by applicable international law. In the event of any dispute, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through discussion.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms and conditions will remain fully in effect.
